This portal was created by the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), under the leadership of Mayor Muriel Bowser, as a public clearing house for all information related to the District Governments contracting and procurement efforts. This portal is broken down into 6 modules, they are as follows:
The forecast module provides information of agencies in which they project a procurement need, this may not turn into an actual solicitation, this is merely a forecast done prior to the actual need being requested.
In the Solicitations module you will find current open solicitations, and archived solicitations for DC Government agencies. There are various options to sort and filter the data you are looking for.
In the Contracts module you will find awarded contracts for DC Government agencies. The data historical goes back 6 years. There are various search filters and sort options.
The Purchase Order module will provide information for the total amount on purchase orders, the agency issuing the purchase order and the vendor the purchase order was provided too; for all DC Government agencies.
In the Payments module you will find payment details made to all of DC Governments vendors. The data historical goes back 6 years.
This module provides al list of all non OCP Agencies, in which their solicitations is not published on OCP’s website. These agencies, either have their own website or you must contact them directly or their solicitations information.
